Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of vascular dementia; 2. Total score of improved MHIS >= 4; 3. Patients with mild or moderate disease degree: 10 <= MMSE <= 26 and 1 <= CDR <= 2; 4. Meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome: deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis; 5. The patient voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form in a sober and normal mental state or legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other situations that the researcher believes are not suitable to participate in this study.
