Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone terminal ileum double-chamber ostomy due to rectal tumor, intestinal perforation and other reasons; 2. The preoperative examination is basically complete, there are no obvious surgical contraindications, and it can tolerate the closed intestinal stoma; 3. Complete clinical data and cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe organ dysfunction; 2. There is cognitive dysfunction.
