Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lactation acute mastitis who meet the diagnostic criteria for lactation mastitis (no abscess after ultrasound examination); 2. The course of disease is less than 7 days, without other treatment of patients; 3. The WBC count was more than 9.5 x 10^9/L and/or the percentage of neutrophils was more than 75%; 4. Those who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. White blood cell count of lactation acute mastitis >= 20 x 10^9/L or body temperature > 40 degrees at admission; 2. Complicated with breast cancer and other endocrine diseases; 3. Patients with cardia-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disease, or mentally ill; 4. Patients with cephalosporin antibiotic allergy and allergic constitution and severe fear of acupuncture.
