Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-70 years who underwent colonoscopy, regardless of gender; 2. Subjects without risk factors for poor preparation; 3. Subjects agree with informed consent before screening, and to sign informed consent form voluntely.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who were allergic to linaclotide; 2. Subjects who were taking laxatives or prokinetic drug; 3. Subjects with risk factors for inadequate bowel preparation: constipation, diabetes, Parkinsons disease, history of stroke or spinal cord injury, prior surgery of colorectal resection; body mass index (BMI) >25; use of tricyclic antidepressant or narcotics; 4. Subjects who had the contraindication of colonoscopy including severe cardiopilmonary diseases; uncontrolled shoke, hemodynamic instability; thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm or storke; severse coagulation dysfunction; intestinal obstruction or perforation; severe inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon; those who have mental illness and cannot cooperate with the examination; 5. Cirrhosis, ascites or chronic kidney diseases; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
