Intervention group:Provide flu vaccine related education and free flu vaccination service

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participating sites: 1. Capable of admitting and treating HF patients; 2. With the capacity of enrolling 50 HF patients during recruitment period; 3. Staff with available care team personnel to collaborate; 4. Local approval to provide influenza vaccination within hospital from administrative bureau. Participating patients: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Hospitalized during study recruitment period with any discharge diagnoses of HF; 3. Assessed as NYHA III-IV; 4. Consecutively recruited and the recruitment will end when reaching the quota of 50 patients for each site; 5. Consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participating sites: 1. Participation in an influenza vaccination-related programs that might confound study outcomes; 2. Free influenza vaccine policy for local population. Participating patients: 1. Have ever been enrolled into the study at previous admissions; 2. Hospitalized due to HF >= twice in the past two months; 3. Have known allergy to influenza vaccine,or not suitable for the flu vaccine; 4. Patients with COVID vaccination in the past 14 days of discharge; 5. Patients who are seriously ill, or who have died in hospital, or who transfer to other healthcare facility for further treatment.
