18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II; 3. Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cholecystitis or purulent peritonitis; 2. Known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic; 3. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy or with hemostatic disorders; 4. Patients with severe hypertension or arrhythmia or cardiac insufficiency; 5. Diseases of the autonomic or central nervous system; 6. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 7. History of treatment with long-term oral tranquilizers or beta-blockers; 8. History of chronic pain or frequent use of analgesics; 9. Patients with liver or renal dysfunction; 10. Patients lack of judgement and consent.
