Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnant women who registered in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January 2022 to December 2024; 2. The length of head and hip measured by ultrasound during the last menstruation or early pregnancy; 3. During the second trimester of pregnancy, no fetal structural malformation was found in the screening for major malformation; 4. Complete prenatal ultrasound data (including growth ultrasound measurements, Doppler ultrasound and fetal cardiac function ultrasound).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities or genetic syndromes found after birth or in the neonatal period; 2. Fetal arrhythmia; 3. A history of smoking, alcohol abuse or drug abuse in the first half of pregnancy or early pregnancy: a history of viral infection or teratogenic drugs in early pregnancy; 4. A history of exposure to toxic or harmful substances or large doses of radiation in the first six months of pregnancy or early pregnancy; 5. The outcome of pregnancy was not followed up for delivery in other hospitals.
