Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thyroid tumor resection; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA classification I or II; 4. BMI: 18-30 kg/m^2; 5. The operation time is 1-3h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with functional impairment of important organs such as the heart, liver, lung, and kidney; 2. Local puncture is contraindicated; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics 4. Pregnancy; 5. History of previous neck surgery; 6. History of stellate ganglion block; 7. Mental and psychological disorders.
