Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ECOG PS score: 0-2 points, estimated survival time >= 12 weeks; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (pancreatic cancer combined with diabetes group and new-onset diabetes group); 3. Aged > 65 years (simple new-onset diabetes group); 4. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for less than or equal to 3 years (simple new-onset diabetes group); 5. Pathology suggests primary pancreatic cancer (simple pancreatic cancer group and pancreatic cancer combined with diabetes group).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, kidney, blood system and other primary diseases, as well as patients with mental illness and infectious diseases; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Active infection; 4. Metastatic cancer or combined with other tumors; 5. Other high-risk factors: such as familial hereditary pancreatic cancer; 6. It is determined that the pathological results cannot be obtained by surgery or puncture due to distant metastasis or other reasons.
