15 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to the intensive care unit after cardiac and great vessel surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under the age of 14 years, pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease, renal tumor, renal artery stenosis in the past; 3. Obese patients with unclear renal ultrasound Doppler; 4. Heart disease patients with right-to-left shunt, severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (pulmonary arterial pressure > 90mmHg); 5. Patients allergic to sulfur hexafluoride.
