Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who meet the diagnostic criteria of systemic inflammatory response syndrome admitted to the PICU ward of Hu'nan Children's Hospital, aged 28 days to 18 years. 2. The collection of blood samples and clinical information was obtained with the informed consent of their guardians and the signing of the ''Informed Consent'', which was approved by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with lymphoma, HIV, immunodeficiency.
