Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA classification I-II, aged 18-65 years, elective patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the trial informed consent; 2. There is infection at the puncture site; 3. History of chronic pain and chest surgery; 4. There are obvious contraindications or allergic history to the drugs used in this study; 5. Long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs; 6. Patients with major diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other important organs.
