Routine PCNL operation group:Routine PCNL operation guided by ultrasound or X-ray in prone position

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with PCNL; 2. Enhanced computed tomography (CT) examination of the urinary system was performed before the operation; and 3. Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not undergo CT examination according to specific requirements (prone position, positioning marker used, etc.); 2. Communication disorders or physical disorders cannot be matched with percutaneous renal puncture.
