Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient and outpatient RA patients in the rheumatology department of our hospital, refer to the 2010 ACR/EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism, EULAR) RA classification criteria; 2. Able to walk independently with or without a walker; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. Informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications or complications of important organs such as the heart, brain, lung, and kidney; 2. Suffering from related diseases that affect gait, such as neurological diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, etc.; 3. Cognitive, speech, hearing impairment; 4. History of fracture, surgery and joint replacement within the past year.
