Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. iPTH of maintenance dialysis patients was continuously greater than 800ng/L with obvious itching and bone pain; 2. Patients with persistent hyperphosphatemia or ineffective drug treatment with hypercalcemia; 3. High frequency ultrasound showed enlargement of parathyroid gland, with at least one more than 1cm and abundant blood flow; 4. Resistance to vitamin D treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver disease; 2. Patients with severe lung diseases; 3. Patients with tumors; 4. Those with a history of kidney transplantation; 5. With severe infection.
