Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index (BMI) >= 24 kg/m2, waist circumference: male >= 90cm, female >= 80cm (measured when breathing in a calm state); 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Those who have no heart, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases; 4.Those who have no mental illness; 5.Those who have no obvious cognitive impairment; 6.Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding and those who have pregnancy plans; those who cannot use the information platform well; those who cannot cooperate to complete the research process; those who take other weight-loss products at the same time; those who have other serious circulatory system, hematopoietic system, digestive system, and endocrine system Those with diseases such as the system; those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
