Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (aged >= 65 years), ASA grade I~II, elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia for at least 2 hours, no clinical lesions of nasopharynx.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity (body mass index (BMI)) > 30kg / m2, preoperative low temperature (35.5 degrees C) or high temperature (37.5 degrees C), evidence of infection and thyroid disease.
