Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly orthopedic surgery patients aged 65-85 years received total intravenous anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to accept the trial; 2. ASA>IV grade; 3. Unconsciousness, previous mental or psychological disorders; 4. Severe vision, hearing and language impairment, years of education < 9 years; 5. Previous use of sedatives or antidepressants, long-term alcohol and drug use, and recent history of antibiotic use; 6. Diabetes; 7. Cerebrovascular disease within 6 months including history of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral embolism or coexisting neurological sequelae for more than 6 months; 8. Brain tumor; 9. Epilepsy, Parkinson's, cerebrovascular dementia; 10. Cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction in June; 11. Tumor disease, acute trauma or inflammatory disease, etc.
