Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Between 20 and 40 years old; 2.ICI-Q-SFconcise questionnaire was used to screen patients meeting the criteria of SUI: urine leakage that could not be controlled during forced sneezing and coughing; 3.Use smart phones as daily communication tools; 4.Junior high school and above reading ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pelvic floor dysfunction before pregnancy; 2. Severe pregnancy and childbirth complications and complications; 3. Those with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, or those with speech disorder; 4. The postpartum residence is not in Beijing; 5. Grade b perineal wound healing; 6. Above III degree perineal laceration.
