25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-65 years; 2. TCT: ASCUS, LSIL, HPV16/18 positive or HPV other 12 positive (1 year interval), colposcopy biopsy diagnosed as CIN I or TCT: ASCUS, LSIL or normal, HPV16/18/other12 positive, no CIN I on colposcopy biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. TCT: ASC-H or HSIL or glandular epithelial lesions; 2. History of cervical surgery; 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. Autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases (SLE, SS, AIDS, etc.); 5. Long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs.
