Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The doctor has confirmed that the patient is a neurological disease based on clinical diagnosis and CT; 2. The swallowing function was normal before the onset of the disease, and there was no organic disease affecting the swallowing function; 3. Patients who cannot eat independently and need enteral nutrition; 4. Aged >= 18 years; 5. Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic lesions of the digestive system (such as acute pancreatitis, severe intestinal infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, gastrointestinal failure, etc.); 2. Severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction and endocrine diseases; 3. The family members do not agree with the patient's participation in this survey.
