Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years, gender is not limited; 2. No previous serious systemic medical diseases such as tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism; 3. Meet the aforementioned diagnostic criteria for ''iron accumulation'' sarcopenia; 4. The SF of the patient was higher than the upper limit of normal value before enrollment; 5. Voluntarily accept the treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are stress states such as trauma and infection within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Taking drugs that affect muscle and bone function within 6 months before enrollment; 3. Combined with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia, disability, mental disorders; 4. Combined with other contraindications that may affect the detection (puncture, MRI, physical fitness).
