Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of HCC according to World Health Organization criteria; 2. R0 liver resection, defined as gross tumor resection with negative margins and no intrahepatic or extrahepatic metastases; 3. Preoperative imaging showed no distant metastasis; 4. Child-Pugh score of A or B before surgery; 5. One week before surgery, hematological test was positive for HBV surface antigen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery due to rupture or bleeding of liver cancer metastases; 2. Previous anticancer therapy, such as transarterial chemoembolization or radiotherapy; 3. Postoperative pathological results suggest that the adjacent liver tissue has become cirrhosis; 4. Incomplete medical records; 5. Perioperative death; 6. The follow-up time should not exceed 3 months; 7. History of other cardiac, pulmonary, renal malignant tumors or serious diseases.
