Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the People's Republic of China GBZ70-2015 ''Occupational Pneumoconiosis Diagnostic Criteria'' to diagnose coal worker pneumoconiosis; 2. Male, voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete occupational history data; 2. Participate in other clinical investigators at the same time; 3. Combined with respiratory malignant tumor, acute respiratory infection, asthma attack, respiratory tuberculosis, pneumothorax and other complications that are not suitable for pulmonary function test; 4. Complications such as arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, and abnormal coagulation function are not suitable for bronchoscopy.
