30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung adenocarcinoma patients undergoing elective lobectomy; 2. General anesthesia or general anesthesia in line with thoracic paravertebral nerve block; 3. The patient or the patient's family members signed the informed consent; 4. Aged 30-75 years, ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe hypertension or heart disease, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, distant organ metastasis; 2. Recently taken sedatives or analgesics, perioperative blood transfusion; 3. History of previous thoracic surgery, recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, intraoperative change to open surgery, and thoracic paravertebral block; 4. Regional block complications such as puncture site injury, infection and bleeding, and local anesthetic poisoning; 5. Failure to complete intraoperative data collection and postoperative follow-up.
