Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1)Had a diagnosis of HF classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class I-III; (2)Aged 18 years or older; (3)Having been informed of the stage of the disease and the treatment; (4)Able to express themselves; (5)Able to read and write using their smartphone. 2. Caregiver: (1)Patients family members or close relatives; (2)Providing care free of charge and spending at least 24 hours per week caring for patients with HF; (3)Able to express themselves; (4)Able to read and write using their smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1)Having cognitive impairment (comprehension or expression problems); (2)Taking psychotropic drugs; (3)Participating in other studies within the last 3 months. 2. Caregiver: (1)Having cognitive impairment (comprehension or expression problems); (2)Taking psychotropic drugs; (3)Participating in other studies within the last 3 months.
