Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: (1) The diagnostic criteria for patients with subjective cognitive decline are as follows: 1) The patient complains of memory loss, but the caregiver states that the patient has no memory impairment or decline; 2) Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score between 24 and 30 (inclusive); 3) The score of Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) is 0. (2) Diagnostic criteria for hypertension: 1) Systolic blood pressure value >=140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure value >=90mmHg, or previous diagnosis of hypertension and treatment with antihypertensive drugs (Blood pressure measurement: After a 5-minute rest, use a sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure three times on different days, and install an appropriate size cuff on the main arm); 2) MMSE score between 24 and 30 (inclusive); 3) The CDR score is 0 points. 2. Inclusion criteria for the normal control group: (1) The systolic blood pressure value is 140mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure value is 90mmHg, and there is no previous diagnosis of hypertension and the use of antihypertensive drugs; (2) The MMSE and CDR scores were the same as those of the essential hypertension group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive abnormalities, such as dementia, any other diagnosed neurological or psychiatric disease, and the use of drugs that may affect cognitive function; 2. Abnormal MRI scan, such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 3. Secondary hypertension; 4. Other diseases, such as end-stage heart disease, renal failure, liver failure, diabetes, atrial fibrillation.
