Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with ASD in strict accordance with the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V); 2. Preschool children aged 3-7 years; 3. The first visit without any intervention; 4. Parents agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with epilepsy and mental disorders, with epilepsy features of autism, but with neurometabolic epilepsy or epilepsy as the cause; 2. Children with brain developmental disorders and children with abnormal hearing through head CT examination; 3. Children with abnormal brain function caused by genetic diseases; 4. Unable to receive follow-up for the period specified in the study.
