Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this research; 2. No cognitive impairment, able to communicate freely; 3. Able to communicate or read normally; 4. Live in Tianjin for more than half a year; 5. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participating in other intervention studies.
