Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must voluntarily participate in this research and abide by the research regulations, understand and comply with the follow-up plan, correctly record scale scores, medication status and adverse event records, and voluntarily sign a written informed consent; 2. Male patients aged > 18 years and = 21; 3. Patients who have not received treatment before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic underlying diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, liver cirrhosis, and uremia; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >30; 3. Any sexual dysfunction or genital abnormalities in medical history or physical examination, such as erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, suppression of male orgasm; 4. Smoking>1 cigarette/day; alcohol intake>50g/day; history of psychoactive substance abuse; previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy, history of epilepsy; 5. Clinically found varicocele, oligoasthenospermia, azoospermia, epididymo-orchitis, etc.; 6. Staff members who are currently participating in other clinical studies or have participated in other clinical investigators within 30 days, or directly involved in this study; 7. Those with family history of hereditary diseases, mental retardation or dementia, organic brain disorder or other mental disorders.
