Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ability to sign a written informed consent form (or signed by the patient's caregiver with the patient's authorization); 2. For patients with mild or moderate cognitive impairment, the total score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): 11 points <= MMSE total score <= 26 points (primary school education subjects 11 points <= MMSE total score <= 22 points); 3. Currently or planning to be treated with mannat sodium capsules; 4. According to the investigator's judgment, maintain frequent and sufficient contact with patients (at least 4 days a week, at least 2 hours a day); 5. Caregivers can use smartphones to complete information and assessments.

Exclusion criteria: This subject was deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigators.
