Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic kidney disease >=3 months, or regular dialysis (hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis) treatment for >= 3 months; 2. Those who follow the doctor's order regularly; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 5. Patients who own and use smartphones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled abnormal blood pressure: severe hypertension (such as blood pressure over 180/110 mmHg), or hypotension ( 55 mmHg) ; 3. Acute clinical events: such as acute systemic inflammatory diseases, electrolyte disturbances, etc.; 4. Pause or stop exercising for symptoms of deep vein thrombosis, such as abnormal edema, redness, and pain in the calf; 5. Severe edema, osteoarthritis, etc. cannot cooperate with sports; 6. Suffering from neuromusculoskeletal diseases that cannot participate in sports; 7. Have a mental illness that is unable to live independently or cooperate with treatment; 8. Those with a history of contact dermatitis.
