Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Chinese adults aged 18-30 years; 2. Body mass index <= 25 kg/m2; 3. Blood pressure <= 140/90 mmHg; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking; 2. With a history of cardiovascular disease, or diabetes.
