18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg/m^2; 4.Participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Mallampati grade IV who need conscious endotracheal intubation determined by the investigator; 2.Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their components; 3.Severe cardiovascular, neuropsychiatric or cerebrovascular disease or severe liver or kidney disorder; 4.Alcoholism and long-term use of sleeping pills; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
