65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 to 89 years; 2.The patient voluntarily takes the test and signs relevant informed consent documents; 3.American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades II-III; 4.Patients with hypertension should take antihypertensive drugs regularly and adjust their blood pressure below 160/100 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; 2.Patients with significant heart, lung, liver, and renal insufficiency (LVEF 50% of the normal value); 3.Patients with idiopathic orthostatic hypotension and diabetes; 4.Patients with carotid artery stenosis accompanied by plaque, or other peripheral artery disease; 5.People with severe mental illnesses who are difficult to cooperate; 6.Preoperative hemoglobin < 120g/L; 7.15 minutes after spinal anesthesia, the inner plane is lower or higher than T9/T10.
