24 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 80 years; 2. Tumors around the pancreatic head and ampulla (lower segment of common bile duct, ampulla and duodenal papilla); 3. Pancreaticoduodenectomy is planned; 4. No invasion of important organs and blood vessels; 5. Obtain the patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Suffering from serious mental illness; 3. Patients or family members cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study; 4. Need to combine with other organ resection; 5. Combined with other serious basic diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, etc..
