Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with high clinical suspicion of discogenic low back pain from L4/5; 2.Complete and statistical case data; 3.Treatment was performed with discoblock or sinuvertebral nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous lumbar spine surgery; 2.Spondylolisthesis evaluated >1 degree; 3.Showed disc degeneration in segments other than L4/5 on magnetic resonance imaging.
