Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Have a nurse qualification certificate and have worked in the current hospital for at least 1 year; 2.The subject has the ability to use basic information technology such as computer and WeChat; 3.The participant in this study voluntarily and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The nurses not full-attended during the investigation request period due to any reasons; 2.Suffering from mental and psychological diseases.
