Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergraduate degree or above; professional title of nurse in charge or above (with 2 requirements at the same time); 2.Undergraduate degree who must be engaged in clinical nursing of specialty for 5 years or more, or graduate degree who must be engaged in clinical nursing work of specialty for 3 years or more; 3.Have a nursing valid practising certificate; 4.Voluntary participants.
