18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years; 2.ASA I-III; 3.Patients undergoing elective intubation and general anesthesia; 4.The postoperative plan is to send the recovery room for resuscitation and extubation; 5.Patients who can communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmhg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmhg); 2.Patients with difficult airway; 3.Patients with adrenocortical dysfunction; 4.Patients with severe heart, liver, lung or kidney diseases; 5.Patients with severe anemia, shock, metabolic disease and electrolyte disorder; pregnant woman; 6.Pregnant woman; 7.Patients with alcoholism or drug addiction; 8.Patients with delayed gastric retention or gastric emptying; 9.Patients who abuse hormones or narcotic analgesics; 10.Persons allergic to the study drug; 11.Controlled hypotension or pressor surgery.
