Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.After MINI 6.0 evaluation, it meets the diagnostic criteria of DMX and BP-II in dsm-5, and is currently in the stage of acute depression; 2.Han nationality; Both men and women, aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Total score of HAMD-17 >= 17 points, Total score of CGI-S >= 4 points, of which DMX patients need to meet the requirements of total score of CUDOS-M >= 8 points, 4 <= total score of YMRS < 12 points; 4.Patients who have not received psychiatric drug treatment, psychotherapy and physical therapy such as SSRIs and mood stabilizer in recent 1 month; 5.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Schizoaffective psychosis, dysthymia or bipolar I and other types of bipolar disorder; Any other anxiety disorder was the main diagnosis within 1 year; Substance dependent patients; Personality disorder. 2.Currently taking immunomodulators and hormone preparations, central nervous system inhibitors or other drugs that may affect the function of HPA axis and HPT axis; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, endocrine organ diseases on HPA axis / HPT axis, intractable and refractory hypertension, brain organic diseases, glaucoma, immune system diseases, etc.; 5.During the study period, patients who could not receive systematic antidepressant treatment; 6.Severe negative, HAMD suicide >= 3 points.
