Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute wound tissue: residual inactivated tissue after debridement in patients with acute trauma. 2.A chronic wound tissue: necrotic tissue after chronic debridements, such as diabetic foot and gout ulcer. 3.Patients with tuberculous wounds: bacterial culture of wound secretion, detection of T cells infected by tuberculosis, and detection of two or more of the fluorescent PCR probes of wound secretion were confirmed to be tuberculous wounds infected by MTB.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Wound tissue complicated with other microbial infections; 2.The wound tissue is fragmented and the amount of tissue is too small.
