Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2.The patient was diagnosed by nephrologist with stage 3~4 CKD, and the diagnostic criteria were in accordance with the K/DOQI guidelines developed by the American Kidney Foundation; 3.Aged >=18 years; 4.Clear consciousness, up to standard cognitive ability, active demand for healthcare information, but poor actual grasp and application ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe infection of lung function grade 4 and heart function grade 4, and severe loss of heart, lung and other important organs; Lead to communication disorders, activity disorders, life can not take care of themselves; 2.Currently suffering from mental disorders, cognitive disorders, senile dementia and other diseases affecting cognition, or unable to cooperate for other reasons. Serious attention, hearing impairment.
