Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy children: 1.Healthy preschoolers aged 3 to 6 years; 2.No skin lesions on both forearms. Autistic children: 1.Patients with autism spectrum disorders diagnosed by child psychiatrists, developmental pediatricians, child psychotherapists or child therapists, and meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5; 2.Diagnose was verified according to CARS-2; 3.Preschool children aged 3 to 6 years; 4.There were no significant changes in behavior or medical treatment in the past two months, and no changes were planned for the next two months of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy children: Diagnosed as atopic dermatitis (AD) or other skin diseases involving the whole body. Autistic children: 1.Diagnosed with other mental disorders, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), compulsion, anxiety, depression, etc.; 2.Diagnosed with organic brain injury, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases; 3.Patients with skin lesions on both forearms, diagnosed as atopic dermatitis (AD), or allergic history to cosmetic ingredients.
