Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with accurate pathology and radiographic evidence of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (III and IV), and cannot be surgically removed; 2.None of the patients received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy before I125 seed implantation therapy; 3.Patients were willing to accept surgical treatment and follow-up investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lung tumor lesions had a wide range of distant metastases; 2.Life expectancy = 7 cm; 4.Patients had received brachytherapy, chemotherapy and Chinese herbal medicine treatment at the same time; 5.All patients had low cardiopulmonary function, cachexia with multifunctional failure and other surgical contraindications.
