Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Middle school students aged 12 to 15 years ; 2.Be not regular consumer of milk; 3.Agree not to take any nutritional medications, supplements, or other dairy products including yogurt during the study; 4.A parent or legal guardian (at least one of them) has signed the informed consent form, and is willing to participate in the study and comply with the study design; 5.Agree not to participate in other interventional nutrition studies for the duration of the study; 6.Fully understand the nature, purpose, benefits and possible risks and side effects of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Be allergic to dairy products; 2.Severe intolerance to milk and dairy products; 3.Took or have been taking antibiotics during screening or in the past two weeks; 4.Have been on a diet, getting more exercise or taking medications to control weight or affect appetite in the last 3 months; 5.Participation in other similar studies on dairy or probiotic products in the last 3 months; 6.Currently taking medication for cardiovascular or metabolic diseases; 7.Have any of the following medical history or be diagnosed to have the following diseases: obvious gastrointestinal disorders, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, which may affect the evaluation of the study results; 8.Suffer from any gastrointestinal disorders or gastrointestinal diseases, including but not limited to allergic bowel syndrome, enteritis, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome; 9.Hospitalization history in the 3 months before screening; 10.Currently be frequently taking medication that may affect gastrointestinal function or the immune system in the judgment of researchers.
