Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.Before or during orthodontic treatment, the periodontal condition is required to be evaluated; 3.CBCT showed that there were bone dehiscence and bone fenestration in the labial alveolar bone of the mandibular anterior teeth; 4.Good oral hygiene, no surgical contraindications; 5.Accept PAOO as periodontal auxiliary orthodontic treatment; 6.Good compliance; 7.There are complete clinical examinations before and after the operation and CBCT imaging data before and 6 months after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious systemic diseases; 2.Long-term use of corticosteroids, bisphosphonates or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that affect bone metabolism; 3.Periodontitis is in active period; 4.Have a history of orthodontic treatment; 5.The lower anterior teeth have received endodontic treatment or restoration treatment; 6.Smokers and drug users; 7.Women during pregnancy and lactation.
