Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 10 years, able to actively cooperate with researchers; 2.Voluntarily participate in active health management and actively practice active health proposal; 3.Able to take care of themselves; 4.Have a smart phone and can use it properly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participating in other interventions of the same type; 2.Have the disease of concomitant consciousness obstacle and cognitive function decline, cannot communicate and interact normally.
