Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-ever stroke (cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction), the course of the disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; 2.Cerebral infarction meets the 2014 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and the cerebral hemorrhage meets the 2014 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage; 3.The lesion is located under the cortex, confirmed by CT or MRI; 4.Aged 18to 80 years; 5.Unilateral limb hemiplegia, Brunnstrom hand =24 points; 8.VAS pain score of shoulder and hand < 5; 9.Improved Ashworth score of upper limbs and hands <= 3; 10.Vital signs are stable without serious complications; 11.Informed consent signed by the patient or his immediate family member; 12.Able to cooperate with functional assessment and have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious speech, attention, hearing, vision (lateral neglect, hemianopia, etc.), intellectual, mental or cognitive dysfunction; 2.Past organic brain diseases, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse history; 3.Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 4.There are metal foreign bodies in the body; 5.Have claustrophobia, or other contraindications for magnetic resonance examination; 6.The accuracy rate of mental rotation test is less than 75%.
