Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with knee osteoarthritis who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of the Diagnosis and Treatment of osteoarthritis of Chinese Medical Association (2018 edition); 2.Age >= 60 years old; 3.Knee pain in the past week on the pain number scale score <=7; 4.Had no cognitive dysfunction and normal language communication; 5.Volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Affected side knee replacement or arthroscopy; other lower limb surgeries in the past 6 months; 2.Has uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, unstable angina, arrhythmias, severe vision problems, or neurological dysfunction; 3.Lower limb joint is seriously deformed, people with difficulty in walking; 4.Participate in peer researchers.
